Every payment on Lucetic is processed securely. Here is everything about how you can pay, when you are charged, and how your card details are protected.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
Apple Pay
Google Pay

All prices on the site are in US dollars (USD).

2. Secure Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor trusted by millions of businesses. Your card details are sent directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection and never touch our servers.

We never see or store your full card number. The whole checkout runs over a secure HTTPS connection.

3. When You Are Charged

One-time orders are charged in full when you place the order.

Subscriptions are charged when you place the first order and then every 30 days before each delivery. You can pause, reschedule, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard — there are no cancellation fees.

4. Saved Payment Methods

When you start a subscription, your payment method is stored securely with Stripe so renewals can be processed automatically. You can view, update, or replace your saved card at any time under My Account → Payment.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. See our Return Policy for eligibility and how to start a return.
